Welcome to Date Real Girls. These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you and Temple East LLC ("Company"), the operator of Date Real Girls. By accessing or using the Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms govern the legal relationship between you and the Company arising from your access to and use of the Website, including all features, functionalities, content, and services available through it (collectively, the "Services").

We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be announced on the Website and will take effect 14 days after posting. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
The Website is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, access, or use the Services. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
To access the Services you must create an account by providing a valid email address, a username, your gender, and date of birth. Registration is subject to approval at our sole discretion.
The following restrictions apply to all User profiles:
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
The Website and Services are for personal, non-commercial use only. No legal entity or commercial operation may use or manipulate the Services for business purposes without express written consent from the Company.
Your account and all rights under this Agreement are personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with any third party.
Date Real Girls operates on a token-based economy with the following membership structure:
Tokens are the virtual currency used on the platform. Male users purchase tokens in packs through our designated third-party payment processor. Tokens have no monetary value outside the platform, are non-transferable between accounts, and are not redeemable for cash. All token purchases are final at the time of transaction.
Different platform actions have associated token costs, which may include: browsing member profiles beyond the free allowance, sending messages, sending winks, and completing identity verification. Current token costs are displayed within the platform and may be updated at the Company's sole discretion with reasonable notice.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, award bonus tokens through promotional codes, welcome bonuses, first-purchase bonuses, or other incentive programs. Promotional tokens are subject to the same terms as purchased tokens. Promotional codes may have expiry dates, usage limits, and eligibility requirements. Abuse or manipulation of promotional offers may result in account suspension.
All payments are processed by our designated third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card data on our servers. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your financial institution.
All token purchases are generally non-refundable once processed. Exceptions include:
Refund requests should be submitted to support@daterealgirls.com with your account details and a description of the issue. We will review each request within 5 business days.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
By using the Website you represent and warrant that:
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
"User Content" means any information, photos, videos, messages, or other materials you post or transmit through the Website. User Content must not depict minors sexually, contain realistic violence, promote hatred or discrimination, infringe intellectual property rights, or include personal contact information.
We may investigate suspected violations, restrict messaging, request documentation, conduct background checks using publicly available sources, and deactivate or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
All content on the Website, including its design, layout, graphics, logos, code, and written content, is owned by or licensed to Temple East LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, copy, display, distribute, and modify your User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Website and Services.
If you believe any content on the Website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to legal@daterealgirls.com including: identification of the copyrighted work; location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
Our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference, describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
DateRealGirls offers eligible, ID-verified members the ability to save a personal Stripe Payment Link to their profile and to embed that link in chat messages (the "Payment Link Feature"). Use of this feature is subject to admin enablement and ID verification requirements, and governed by the following terms.
Payment links may be used solely for lawful purposes, including but not limited to receiving voluntary tips or gratuities that are legal under all applicable federal, state, and local law. Use of payment links to solicit, advertise, offer, or facilitate prostitution, escort services, sexual services, or any other illegal transaction is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material violation of these Terms, subject to immediate account termination under Section 12.1.
You expressly agree not to use the Payment Link Feature in any manner that violates the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA-SESTA), 18 U.S.C. § 2421A, or any applicable federal or state law governing sex trafficking, prostitution, or sexual exploitation. Temple East LLC cooperates fully with law enforcement and will report credible violations to appropriate authorities.
Payment links are provided and managed entirely through your own separate account with Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. All transactions conducted through your Stripe Payment Link are solely between you and the paying party. Temple East LLC is not a party to any such transaction, does not process or hold any funds on your behalf, and assumes no liability for disputes, chargebacks, refunds, fraud, errors, or any loss of any kind arising from transactions conducted through your payment link.
Stripe is a third-party service within the meaning of Section 8 of these Terms. The terms of Section 8 apply in full to your use of Stripe. Temple East LLC does not endorse Stripe, and the display of a payment link on your profile or in a chat message does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Temple East LLC of any transaction, product, or service.
Use of the Payment Link Feature requires a separate Stripe account governed by Stripe's own Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Stripe complies with Stripe's policies. Temple East LLC is not responsible for any decision by Stripe regarding your account, including suspension, termination, or withholding of funds.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND IN ADDITION TO THE DISCLAIMERS IN SECTION 9 AND THE LIMITATIONS IN SECTION 10, TEMPLE EAST LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PAYMENT LINK FEATURE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) FRAUDULENT OR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS; (B) STRIPE ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, OR FUND WITHHOLDING; (C) CHARGEBACKS OR PAYMENT DISPUTES; (D) ANY ILLEGAL USE OF A PAYMENT LINK BY ANY MEMBER; OR (E) ANY CLAIM BY A THIRD PARTY ARISING FROM A TRANSACTION FACILITATED THROUGH A MEMBER PAYMENT LINK. YOUR USE OF THIS FEATURE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Temple East LLC reserves the right to enable, disable, restrict, or permanently remove the Payment Link Feature at any time, for any individual member or class of members, at its sole discretion and without notice.
If you believe a member is using the Payment Link Feature for an illegal purpose, please report it immediately using the Report Profile function or by contacting support@daterealgirls.com or legal@daterealgirls.com. Temple East LLC will investigate all credible reports and may take action including account suspension, permanent termination, and referral to law enforcement.

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that results will meet your expectations; that user profiles are accurate or authentic; or that the Website will be free from fraudulent conduct by third parties. You use the Website entirely at your own risk.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEMPLE EAST LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you for token purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Temple East LLC and its members, managers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Website, breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of any applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct deemed harmful to the Website, other Users, or the Company.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@daterealgirls.com. Account termination will take effect within a reasonable time. Any remaining token balance is forfeited upon termination and is not refundable except where required by applicable law.
Sections 5, 6, 8A, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 of these Terms survive termination.
We reserve the right to block access from certain IP addresses or geographic regions to protect the integrity of the Website and comply with applicable laws.
By registering on the Website, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. By clicking "I Agree," "Accept," "Subscribe," or similar, you submit a legally binding electronic signature consistent with the U.S. E-SIGN Act.
Except as provided in Section 15, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Santa Rosa County, Florida.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
This Arbitration Agreement applies to all disputes, claims, or controversies of any kind between you and Temple East LLC, including those arising out of these Terms, your use of the Website, your token purchases or payments, and any communications or transactions between us.
Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 90 days. To initiate, you must send a written notice to legal@daterealgirls.com including your full name, contact details, a description of the dispute, and the specific relief you are seeking.
For U.S. Residents: Arbitration shall be administered by National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM) under its Comprehensive Dispute Resolution Rules, conducted in English in the county where you reside or by videoconference. Florida law applies (or California law for California residents).

Arbitration shall be conducted before a single, independent, impartial arbitrator who may award any remedy available in law or equity to an individual party. All proceedings are confidential. The award is final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTH YOU AND TEMPLE EAST LLC WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE ARBITRATED OR LITIGATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY.
California residents may not be required to arbitrate outside of California. California substantive law governs California claims. You retain the same discovery rights as in California Superior Court and the right to bring eligible claims in California small claims court.
This Arbitration Agreement applies equally to both parties. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The obligations of this Section survive termination of your account or these Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment and Refund Policy, and Misconduct Prevention Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Temple East LLC and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Temple East LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or failures of internet infrastructure.
Nothing in these Terms creates a joint venture, partnership, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Temple East LLC.
We may assign our rights and obligations at any time without notice, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal effect on the interpretation of the provisions.
